Daniela studied at the Freie University in Berlin, Germany and qualified in 2003. She came to the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Onderstepoort in 2004 for an internship, followed by a residency in Animal Reproduction. In 2007 she completed her specialization and became a member of the American College of Theriogenology. Between 2007 and 2011 she lectured at the Faculty of Veterinary Science, Onderstepoort, registered as a specialist in South Africa and completed her Masters degree. Daniella is currently finishing up her PhD.
In addition to working part time for both the village vet and Howick Small Animal Clinic, she as consults as a reproduction specialist for small animals at the Hilton Veterinary Hospital.
